Data rights & deletion
This page explains how to disconnect a connected account, revoke authorization and request deletion of personal information controlled by HTP.
Disconnect the account in the software
If the current version provides a Disconnect function, use it to remove the active connection from the desktop application.
Revoke third-party authorization
You may also revoke the app's authorization through the connected platform's account settings where that option is available. Revocation prevents future authorized access using the revoked grant.
Request deletion from HTP
Email admin@htpgame.store with the subject Data Deletion Request. Include enough information for us to identify the relevant HTP account or support record, but do not send passwords or authentication secrets.
Identity verification and completion
We may request reasonable verification to prevent unauthorized deletion requests. Subject to applicable law and legitimate retention obligations, we will delete or de-identify information we control that is no longer required.
