Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to and use of HTP LIVE, including the desktop application, website and related services.
1. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must be legally permitted to use the Service and any connected third-party platform. You are responsible for your accounts, devices, license keys and activity performed through the Service. You must not share, resell, bypass, tamper with or misuse a license except as expressly authorized by us.
2. Purpose of the Service
HTP LIVE is Windows desktop software intended to help users connect an authorized account and manage supported LIVE-related desktop workflows and integrations, including supported OBS Studio functions. The Service does not grant LIVE eligibility and does not override third-party platform restrictions.
3. TikTok Authorization and Third-Party Services
Some features require authorization through TikTok or interaction with third-party software such as OBS Studio. You authorize only the permissions presented during the applicable authorization flow. Your use of TikTok and other third-party services remains subject to their own terms, policies, rules, eligibility requirements and technical restrictions.
HTP LIVE is independently developed and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by TikTok or ByteDance.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, bypass security or access controls, impersonate others, distribute malware, interfere with services, obtain unauthorized access to accounts or data, manipulate platform systems, or engage in fraudulent, deceptive, abusive or otherwise prohibited activity.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable law and the rules of all connected platforms.
5. Software License
Subject to these Terms and a valid license, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. No ownership rights are transferred to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
6. Updates and Availability
We may update, modify, suspend, discontinue or replace features for security, compatibility, maintenance, legal, platform-policy or operational reasons. Third-party changes may affect functionality without notice. We do not guarantee continuous availability or compatibility with every third-party service.
7. User Content and Data
You remain responsible for content, accounts and data you access or control and represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary for your activities. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, website, interface, documentation, branding and original materials, is owned by or licensed to HTP and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, approval or continued availability of third-party APIs, TikTok LIVE eligibility, account status, audience results, revenue or any particular business outcome.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HTP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, accounts, opportunities or goodwill arising from or related to use of the Service or third-party services. Any limitation that cannot lawfully apply will apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service or a license where reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security risks, nonpayment, violation of these Terms or legal requirements. You may stop using the Service at any time.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
